Viewing backup data

The Gmail backup data saved by Gmail Keeper are standard EML files in a zip archive, you can view it with all archiver programs such as WinZip, WinRAR, 7-zip. Free software 7-zip is recommended as it shows the file comment column quite well.

 

To view the backup data in Gmail Keeper, do any of the following:

 

• In Gmail Keeper main window, click View Backup.

• In Gmail Keeper main window, double click the Backup Target column.

• In Gmail Keeper main window, right click the profile you want and select View Backup.

   

Upon any of the above operations, the backup archive of the selected profile will be opened with your system's default archiver program.
